Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help websites work, remember your preferences and understand how the site is used. This policy explains how Lubera OÜ uses cookies and similar technologies on the Tervita platform.
We use cookies and similar storage to:
These cookies are required for the Platform to function and cannot be switched off in our systems. They include authentication and session cookies that keep you signed in, security cookies, and the locale preference cookie, which stores your chosen language for up to one year. Without them, core features such as logging in and booking cannot work.
The tervita_consent cookie records your choices for optional analytics and for advertising measurement and is retained for up to 180 days. Analytics is denied by default. After you allow it, we store curated pseudonymous events in our first-party ledger for up to 90 days, send selected public marketing events to Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited), and send selected product events server-side to our Amplitude EU project. Google Analytics identifiers may remain for up to two years and its event data for up to 14 months; Amplitude event data is retained for up to 12 months. We do not send patient data, form text or raw URLs, use advertising cookies, Google Signals or cross-site tracking. Withdrawing consent stops future collection and clears browser analytics identifiers. A pending first-party withdrawal marker may be retained for up to 180 days only until the server acknowledges it.
Advertising measurement is a separate optional category, off by default and independent of analytics; the analytics described above still uses no advertising cookies. Only if you allow Advertising do we load the Google Ads tag (Google Ireland Limited) only on the sign-up and onboarding pages, to count a completed Tervita sign-up as a conversion of the ad you clicked. If you arrive through an ad link on our public website or the sign-up page, we read the click identifier from that link (never on booking, onboarding or account pages), but send it to Google only from the sign-up pages. Ad personalisation is switched off: the tag only counts sign-ups and is not used for remarketing. Google Ads may then set _gcl_ cookies for up to 90 days, and we keep the ad click identifier (gclid, gbraid or wbraid) in your browser's local storage for up to 90 days and save it with the account you create, so the sign-up can be matched to the ad. Google Ads receives no patient data, form text or contact details. Your choice is recorded in the tervita_consent cookie. Without this consent no advertising tag is loaded and Google is told that advertising storage is denied; withdrawing it later stops the tag and deletes the Google Ads cookies set on our site (_gcl_) and the stored click identifier from your browser. Cookies that Google sets on its own domains are governed by Google's privacy policy; you can delete them in your browser or manage them in Google's ad settings.
Service providers used for hosting, authentication and content delivery may process strictly necessary technical data to operate the Platform securely. After analytics consent, Google Analytics 4 processes selected public marketing events and Amplitude processes selected pseudonymous product events in its EU data region. After Advertising consent, Google Ads (Google Ireland Limited) receives the ad click identifier and the completed sign-up conversion, with ad personalisation switched off. These providers receive only the reviewed fields described above and act under their applicable data-processing terms and transfer safeguards.
Use Cookie settings on the Platform to allow or decline optional analytics and advertising measurement separately, and to change your choice at any time. You can also control and delete cookies through your browser. If you block strictly necessary cookies, parts of the Platform — such as signing in — may not work correctly.
